SPRING IS HERE!
With Spring now here, the weather turning nice, you see an abundance of new activity in our neighborhood. It's great to see the new flowers being planted and growing, lawns turning green and being mowed and the weeds being cleared. Taking care of the outside of your home at least once a month will help increase your property value and deter crime.
Please also be aware of your dogs and the securing of them when puting them outside or walking them. Re-check those leashes and ropes to ensure your dog doesn't accidently break free and run away. It is every homeowners responsibility to control your dog at every moment. Check your fences as well and ensure they are secured.
We have many neighbors that walk and run in our community. Please be vidualant for stray dogs in the community. Please report strays or aggressive dogs to our web site along with animal control.
ALERT ALERT ALERT!!!
We have received reports from a few neighbors in regards to coyotes walking through the neighborhood. Please advise your children not to approach them. Also make sure to watch you smaller pets as they have been known to disapear!!
HOA UPDATES!!
The board has been working quite hard this year on several projects. We are also starting a tree project this Fall along Rodebaugh Rd. We are excited that this is starting to happen.
There are also several repairs that will happen this summer to the entry signs at the major entrances.
The best news is that the Association has contracted with a security company for the summer months. The security company employees are off duty officers-which will have the ability to write traffic tickets and will enforce Indiana State laws in our community. The will also patrol the neighborhood on a regular basis to help prevent crime. We hope this will help deter this type of activity in the neighborhood.
If you have HOA questions or concerns please feel free to contact Robin Guyon at rguyon@ardsleymgmt.com or call her 253-1401 ext. 229.
